Happy Easter!
My parents were able to come visit us in KC for Easter this year and we had such a fun time! Â They drove out and were able to bring some extra furniture and supplies from our Colorado house to us, which was awesome! (Thanks, Mom & Dad!)
This blog is full of photos - too many great ones to choose from!
Swimming with PopPop at the indoor pool at our apartment complex…
Feeding the ducks at Jacob L. Loose Park! Â (Except, Siena was feeding herself the duck food instead of giving it to the ducks! Â She clutched the hunk of bread tightly in her fist and looked at us so confused when we tried to show her how to throw it to the ducks. Â She didn’t want to give her snack to them!) Â :o)
Mom and Dad babysat for us one night and we got to have a REAL date! Â Wow! Â Haven’t had one of those in awhile! Â Thanks, Mom & Dad!
Playing with silly PopPop!
We had fun strolling through the Deanna Rose Farmstead and seeing the animals!  Siena loved feeding the baby goats!
Well, that is, until she got tired of it, so we all enjoyed watching my mom finish feeding them…precious, really… Â :o) Â Ha!
Our kid with a kid!
Sharing a bench with Gg - just her size!
Siena was mesmerized with the Easter grass - loved putting it on our heads!
Ryan made a wonderful Sage, Tangerine, and Lime Ham! Â Sooo yummy!
And for dessert, we made an Easter Bunny Cake. Â Probably our first and last bunny cake - but, Siena liked it! Â :o)
We had so much food, we had to walk it off afterwards! Â :o) Â Easter Sunday was a BEAUTIFUL day here!
Playing outside!
We did an Easter egg hunt with Siena, which she enjoyed! Â Afterwards, PopPop taught her that eggs go on her ears! Â :o)
Loving storytime with PopPop and Gg!
KISSES!
Our little ray of sunshine!
It’s all gone, Mommy!
This much fun calls for a good nap afterwards! Â Good night, Siena and Mom!
Such a fun time and great memories made! Â Thanks for coming to see us, Mom and Dad!

What a wonderful few days we shared together - especially loving on our Siena! Have missed tiny girl so much!!! It was a visit stuffed full of fun times that have made for sweet memories. We thank Ryan and you both for welcoming us into your tiny space, planning such a nice visit for us, and for the blessing of time spent loving our Sweet Siena. We will always miss you here in Colorado, but know with certainty that God has called your family to a life in Kansas City - living in His presence and direction for you there. And - we hope for more visit to love on precious Siena.
(Now - really - that baby goat wanted the milk that Siena no longer had interest in feeding to him. Just finishing up what she started. And your “kid” is far cuter than that other pictured little kid. She really is a “ray of sunshine”!)
