Happy 2011!

Happy New Year!  It has been far too long since I have blogged and much has happened!  The biggest news being that our house finally SOLD at the end of September!  We are praising God for this wonderful miracle!

It’s a fresh, new year and I am anxious to see what God has planned for us in 2011.  2010 was a bear and full of challenges, but God was so faithful and we know we have grown through those trials.  On to a new year, new challenges, and new joys too!

Instead of going back and detailing all that has happened since August, I will provide a link to our Christmas letter which summarizes everything and includes updated photos too!  We only sent a limited number out, so if you didn’t get one, I’m sorry!  We attempted to keep our expenses down this year.

Hopefully I can keep up on the blogging better than I have from here on out!  Thank you to all of you who have been such an encouragement to us over the last year and more.  I can’t tell you how much we have appreciated your prayers and support.  May you have a God-filled and blessed 2011!

Your Dad and I are praying over the 3 of you ALWAYS - as we did in our prayer time again last night. We are praying for a year of significant and exciting spiritual growth - and moments of further recognizing God’s hand upon your lives and to know and follow His plans and purposes for you. How we desire to discover our Amazing God in fresh ways in 2011 ourselves! May this be a very blessed and Happy New Year for the Ropers 3! It will definitely be a year of watching our sweet and precious Siena grow and change, as she does so very quickly. We love and miss you all - miss day to day time of loving Boo and being present in her life. That is a deep sadness in my life that only God can put His hand of care on. I love you, Sweet Siena! May you grow up with a hungering passion for the things of our Lord - ALWAYS! This is my ongoing prayer for you and your little cousins - Mady, Logan, and Laurell. Missing you! Loving you ALWAYS - all of you!
